Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Installation Technician to join our team at 2720455 Ontario Inc.. This is a permanent position that offers a dynamic work environment where you will play a crucial role in supporting our hardware and network systems.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Duties
  • Facilitate access to computer networks
  • Monitor and report on the performance of computer systems and networks
  • Assist users facing technical difficulties
  • Research and implement solutions using user guides and technical manuals
  • Provide guidance and training to users based on identified challenges
  • Maintain a log of problems and solutions for reference by other technical support personnel
  • Contribute to the redesign of applications and software
  • Offer business systems, network, and Internet support to users
  • Set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, and software
  • Conduct web-server backup and recovery operations
