Position Overview

As a Food Service Supervisor at WENDY'S RESTAURANTS (TJI), you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant. Your leadership will ensure that our team delivers exceptional service and high-quality food to our valued customers.

Qualifications
  • Education: No formal education required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
Work Environment

Our restaurant provides a dynamic and fast-paced atmosphere where teamwork and efficiency are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
  • Train new employees on their job responsibilities, as well as sanitation and safety protocols.
  • Ensure that all food and service adhere to our quality control standards.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly.
Team Leadership

You will be responsible for supervising a team of:

  • 5-10 individuals
  • 11-15 individuals
Required Certifications
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Food Safety Certificate
Transportation Information
  • Personal transportation is preferred, but public transportation options are available.
