About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Consultant in Loan Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers and prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather loan information and provide best-in-class service to customers and prospective customers.
  • Sell our loan and protection products to meet customer needs.
  • Closing loans virtually and in person, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Follow up on past due customer accounts to resolve any issues.
  • Manage cash controls, including taking payments, to ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Commit to ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and support our mission to deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Authorized to work in Canada.
  • High-school diploma or equivalent is an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on customer-facing interactions.
