**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated Loan Processor Specialist to join our Secured team. As a Loan Processor Specialist, you will be the first point of contact in the Secured Personal Loan process. Your primary responsibility will be to process loan applications, review creditworthiness, and make informed decisions to approve or decline loans.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Process loan applications, review credit reports, and make informed decisions to approve or decline loans.
  • Verify customer information, income, and credit ratings to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Identify and report fraudulent documents and activities to the appropriate departments.
  • Collaborate with sales staff to answer queries and provide guidance on loan applications.
  • Meet and maintain service levels as defined internally.
  • Assist the Central Loan Approval Office in identifying training or process opportunities.

**Requirements**

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Intermediate level MS Office, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and Saturdays, on a rotational basis.
  • Bilingual (French/English) is an asset.
