Infrastructure Automation Specialist

Key Responsibilities

The role involves designing intricate frameworks, systems, or products, defining technical processes, system specifications, and ensuring compatibility between hardware and software. The primary responsibilities include:
- Assessing and rectifying system design vulnerabilities.
- Contributing to the architectural framework that influences future product development across various systems.
- Offering multi-faceted technical expertise for next-generation projects.
- Collaborating with development and operations teams to facilitate reliable and timely software releases, which may involve testing new features and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Serving as a bridge between product development and cloud operations.
- Evaluating and documenting the impact of cloud deployments.
- Developing and maintaining tools that automate processes for software product releases.
- Writing installation scripts and programs for product deployment.
- Proactively troubleshooting issues during testing to ensure smooth deployment.
- Conducting analyses and implementing process improvements.
- Monitoring performance metrics and identifying opportunities for infrastructure and application development enhancements.
- Adhering to established best practices and procedures.
- Managing continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) tools collaboratively with the team.
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Proven experience or certification in designing and deploying solutions in cloud environments, particularly AWS.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C# and SQL.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GPS Cloud software applications.
- Experience in building and optimizing Kubernetes containers.
- Knowledge of infrastructure deployment using Terraform or AWS Cloud Formation.
- Experience in implementing security measures within AWS environments and conducting vulnerability assessments.
- Proficient in using Git for version control.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in engineering and software architecture design.
- Comprehensive understanding of various coding languages.
- Experience in designing and implementing system integrations.
