We're seeking a skilled and motivated listing agent to join our dynamic team at The Bagga Team with Royal LePage Magna. Our ideal candidate is a results-driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Price, stage, and market homes for sellers to attract potential buyers quickly and efficiently.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to provide feedback on their property listing, ensuring they remain engaged and satisfied with our services.
  • Conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to showcase the home's key selling points and asking price, highlighting the benefits of working with our team.
  • Collaborate with buyer's agents to negotiate contracts and ensure a smooth transaction process.
  • Develop and deliver a listing presentation that effectively communicates the home's value and selling strategy.
  • Attend regular team meetings and participate in bi-weekly huddles to stay informed and aligned with our team's goals.
  • Host a minimum of 48 open houses per calendar year to showcase properties and attract potential buyers.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in the real estate industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in using real estate CRM software to manage client data and maintain a high level of organization.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Strong understanding of the local real estate market conditions and the ability to utilize market analysis to inform sales strategies.
