As a Field Marketing Representative, you'll play a critical role in driving sales for Samsung Home Electronics by engaging with store management and associates, and making our products stand out in the market.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain effective working relationships with store associates and management to drive sales and promote Samsung Home Electronics products.
- Engage and excite customers and retail associates as a Samsung Home Electronics product expert, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Attend regular training events and complete assigned online training to ensure expertise in Samsung Home Electronics products and services.
- Elevate the customer experience by maintaining merchandising standards of all products and displays, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.
- Train retail associates on the Samsung brand and products, empowering them to provide excellent customer service and drive sales.
- Cover a territory around South Vancouver, including Richmond, Surrey, Burnaby, and Vancouver Island, to promote Samsung Home Electronics products and services.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers, retail associates, and store management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and promote Samsung Home Electronics products.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing sales targets, product promotions, and customer needs.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Appliance and/or consumer electronics expertise to provide expert advice and support to customers and retail associates.
