About the Role

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Present and sell our comprehensive range of home comfort products and services, including water heaters, furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and more.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize our CRM platform to manage customer interactions and track sales performance.
