About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Home Comfort Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for presenting and selling our home comfort solutions to new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Present and sell our home comfort solutions, including water heaters, furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and water purification systems.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Update and work on our CRM platform to ensure accurate customer information and sales data.
