About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Sales Professional to join our team at Ten Thousand Coffees. As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with large enterprise clients, driving new revenue opportunities, and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with large enterprise clients, leveraging your expertise in sales and business development to drive growth and revenue.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including HR leaders, talent management professionals, and business executives, to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive pipeline growth, close deals, and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date on our products and services, and effectively communicate their value to clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Product, and Marketing, to ensure alignment and effective communication with clients.

Requirements

  • Proven Track Record: A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships.
  • Enterprise Sales Experience: Significant experience selling to large enterprise clients, with a deep understanding of their needs and pain points.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strategic Thinking: A strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth and revenue.
  • Product Knowledge: A strong understanding of our products and services, with the ability to effectively communicate their value to clients.
