Lead the Way in Cloudflare's Named Business Sales Team

We're seeking an experienced Sales Director to drive revenue growth and brand awareness in Canada. As a key member of our sales team, you'll lead the go-to-market strategy, build pipelines, and close deals to expand our business in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and grow the Canada Named (Enterprise) sales team, working closely with global functional leaders and recruiting resources.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive business growth and meet revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and field sales professionals to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success, and solutions engineering, to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policy and regulatory initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of direct B2B sales experience, selling to large Enterprise accounts.
  • 5+ years of direct sales management experience leading an Enterprise field sales team.
  • Experience managing and coaching long, complex, high-value Enterprise sales cycles.
  • Understanding of IaaS, Networking, and Information Security services.
  • Aptitude for learning technical concepts and terms.
