Job Summary

Altus Group Data Solutions Inc./Groupe Altus Gestion de Données Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Market Research Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth research on commercial property sales in the Greater Vancouver Area, analyzing market trends, and contributing to the publishing of weekly newsletters and data in Canadian publications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research on commercial property sales in the Greater Vancouver Area, including online and phone-based research
  • Analyze commercial property sales data to identify trends and patterns
  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry professionals, including brokers, stakeholders, planners, and developers
  • Contribute to the publishing of weekly newsletters and data in Canadian publications
  • Attend industry events to stay up-to-date on market trends and best practices
Requirements
  • University degree in Urban Planning, Real Estate, Business, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate
  • Past experience in the brokerage industry is an asset
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
