Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our team at NPA WorldWide. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a market-oriented and data-driven solution management methodology that enhances tech-enabled learner experiences, academic excellence, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive solution roadmap that aligns with organizational strategy, business needs, and market demands.
- Oversee cross-functional programs in the planning, development, release, and continuous improvement of content, features, functionalities, and tools within the international curriculum and Learning Management System (LMS).
- Engage directly with end-user groups to gather insights and make market-driven solution decisions.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience in technology, digital solutions, or related industries.
- Experience in international curriculum, learning management systems, and the education sector is a plus.
- Strong digital solution development and design skills, with a technical background in user experiences, analytics, and big data being highly advantageous.
- Proven project management skills across and beyond digital solution industries.
- Ability to understand and articulate customer perspectives, including the challenges and opportunities they face, and how they can best utilize the company's solutions.
- A strategic thinker with a cross-functional mindset and a proven track record of delivering high-quality digital solutions to the market.
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders from various cultural backgrounds.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation abilities.
- University degree required.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced corporate environment.
