About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our executive team as the Vice President, Pensions Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and development of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Employer Services, Member Services Centre, Client Operations, Pensions Policy, and Actuarial departments to ensure service level standards and business operations exceed established metrics and targets.
  • Develop and implement client strategies for member, employer, and pensioner services.
  • Manage the collection and preparation of information to address the administrative impacts, costs, and timing of potential plan rule changes.
  • Cultivate a high-performance, collaborative environment where contributions are recognized.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree with 5-10 years of experience in senior leadership roles, leading large teams in complex operational and business environments, or Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 10-15 years in senior leadership roles.
  • Strong background in client operations, optimizing processes, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring high standards of quality and service.
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of the pension industry and competitive climate.
