Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Employer Services, Member Services Centre, Client Operations, Pensions Policy, and Actuarial departments to ensure service level standards and business operations exceed established metrics and targets.

  • Manage the collection and preparation of information to address the administrative impacts, costs, and timing of potential plan rule changes.

Requirements
  • Master's Degree with 5-10 years of experience in senior leadership roles, leading large teams in complex operational and business environments, or Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 10-15 years in senior leadership roles, leading large teams in complex operational and business environments.
  • Strong background in client operations, optimizing processes, enhancing efficiency and ensuring high standards of quality and service.
