Client Services Director

Evolving Web is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the position of Director of Client Services. This leadership role is responsible for driving the growth and success of our client relationships, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior-level clients, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Account Management: Oversee the account management team, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional client service and delivery.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion.
- Team Management: Manage and develop a team of account managers, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Financial Management: Work closely with the finance team to develop and manage financial plans, forecasts, and budgets for client accounts.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing strategies to drive growth and expansion.
- Experience: 8-10 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a digital agency or similar industry.
- Skills: Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and experience with financial planning and management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or marketing.
