Evolving Web is seeking a seasoned professional to join our leadership team as a Director of Client Services. This strategic role requires a proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior-level clients, identifying opportunities for growth and ensuring exceptional client service.
- Account Management: Oversee the account management team, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional client satisfaction.
- Business Development: Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure continued excellence.
- Financial Management: Work closely with the finance team to develop and manage client budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of the company's strategic plan, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs.
- 8-10 years of agency experience with a proven track record of client relationship management and business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze financial data and develop strategic plans.
- Experience managing a team, with a focus on leadership, coaching, and development.
