Director of Client Services at Evolving Web
Are you looking for a leadership opportunity at an expanding digital agency where you can elevate our client relationship management practice?
As the Director of Client Services at Evolving Web, you will lead the charge in balancing client demands with internal planning to deliver top-notch web design and development services while fostering collaborative relationships with clients. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining senior-level client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, overseeing the account and project management team, and ensuring the financial health of client accounts.
This strategic role will place you in Evolving Web's leadership team, collaborating closely with our co-founders to drive alignment with our values, strategic objectives, and company roadmap.
Responsibilities
Establish and optimize processes and systems to scale up the account and project management teams for improved client service and account growthDrive excellence across the agency in client deliverables, from strategic consultancy to creative executionLead client communications, negotiations, and relationship-building effortsManage the account management team to ensure exceptional deliverables and client serviceDevelop long-term client relationships through strategic discussionsTake ownership of selected client accounts and lead strategic initiativesCollaborate with finance on financial reporting, planning, and forecastingReview and analyze financial data related to client accountsParticipate in new business pitches and proposalsPromote new service offerings to drive revenue growth and identify expansion opportunitiesKey Skills for Success
8-10 years of agency experienceProven track record in managing client accounts in the digital spaceUnderstanding of Evolving Web's services and market positioningExcellent listening, estimation, and negotiation skillsExperience in team management and developmentStrong financial acumen and proficiency in financial analysis toolsEffective communication and presentation abilitiesExperience in sales, particularly in the US marketBonus Skills
Proficiency in FrenchTechnical or design expertiseKnowledge of Drupal, WordPress, or mobile developmentExperience working with institutional clientsBenefits
