Position Overview

The Visa Depot Inc. is seeking a dedicated Marketing Project Manager to oversee and enhance our marketing initiatives. This role is essential for developing and executing strategies that promote our services effectively.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a variety of events aimed at publicity, fundraising, and information dissemination.
  • Create and refine communication strategies that align with our organizational goals.
  • Formulate policies to enhance marketing effectiveness.
  • Assess and evaluate existing communication strategies and programs for continuous improvement.
  • Draft and prepare written materials, including reports, briefs, and website content.
  • Provide expert consultation for planning and launching new business ventures.
  • Supervise and mentor team members to achieve project objectives.
  • Compile reports, research papers, and educational content.
  • Act as the primary spokesperson for the organization.
  • Advise clients on effective advertising and promotional strategies.
  • Assist in the creation of brochures, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Formulate and execute business plans to meet organizational targets.
  • Engage with clients post-sale to ensure ongoing support and satisfaction.
