About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at MEM URBAN DEVELOPMENT INC. as a Construction Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of 5-10 construction workers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure project success.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit regular reports on project progress, including production reports, and maintain accurate documentation of project activities.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing measures to prevent accidents and injuries on site.
  • Material Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to team members, promoting skills development and career advancement.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring clear understanding of project requirements and progress.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in construction project management or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
