Position Overview

The Salon Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management of daily activities within TRENDS SALON & SPA. This position involves overseeing a team and maintaining high standards of service delivery.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement work schedules and procedures
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair tasks for salon equipment
  • Act as the primary contact for emergency situations
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of specialized equipment
  • Prepare and present various reports on operational progress
  • Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Address work-related issues, providing technical guidance and recommendations for enhancing productivity and quality
  • Supervise and train staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies
Supervisory Responsibilities

Responsible for supervising a team of 1 to 4 individuals.

Work Environment
