Responsabilités:
- Gestion du changement: Développer et mettre en œuvre des processus pour administrer, documenter et accepter/défier/défendre les demandes de changement entrantes et sortantes tout au long de l'exécution du projet.
- Notifications: Mettre en place un système efficace pour garantir que tous les avis contractuellement requis sont délivrés au client conformément aux termes de l'accord de projet.
- Négociation des contrats: Superviser la rédaction, la révision et la négociation de divers contrats, y compris les contrats de services spécifiques, les accords-cadres de services, les contrats d'ingénierie, etc.
- Approvisionnement en fournisseurs/sous-traitants: Mettre en œuvre et surveiller la planification et les calendriers d'approvisionnement, faciliter le processus d'appel d'offres compétitif pour les matériaux et services.
- Rapport commercial: Émettre des rapports réguliers et des analyses sur les questions commerciales aux dirigeants et aux chefs de projet.
- Assurances: Collaborer avec les conseillers en assurance du client pour développer des programmes d'assurance appropriés.
- Légal: Faire preuve de discernement pour consulter les conseillers juridiques du client au moment opportun.
- Leadership: Diriger et aligner une équipe de subordonnés directs commerciaux aux priorités du projet.
