Job Summary:

Insight Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a skilled Bilingual IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, and in-person visits.
  • Install and configure software and hardware applications.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and repair of technical issues.
  • Document and track technical issues in our ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in a technical support or IT helpdesk role.
  • Proficiency in installing and configuring software and hardware applications.
  • Basic understanding of hardware components and technical troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and French are required for this role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong customer service orientation.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. of computer equipment as needed.
