Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff
    • Direct and oversee the activities of food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet customer needs.
    • Coordinate the preparation and serving of food, ensuring that all menu items are prepared to the highest standards.
  • Train and Develop Staff
    • Provide training and guidance to food service staff on their job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and customer service standards.
    • Develop and implement training programs to improve staff skills and knowledge.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies
    • Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
    • Manage inventory levels, ensuring that we minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  • Ensure Quality and Safety Standards
    • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that food and service meet our high standards.
    • Implement and maintain safety procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Manage Records and Reports
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
    • Prepare and submit reports on inventory levels, sales, and other key performance indicators.

    Requirements
    • Education
      • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
    • Work Experience
      • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
    • Skills and Abilities
      • Attention to detail.
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
