  • HR Policy Development: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and programs, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Employee Communication: Communicate with employees on HR-related matters, including benefits, payroll, and company policies.
  • Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes, including performance reviews and goal setting.
  • Employee Data Analysis: Analyze employee data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to management.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
