Job Responsibilities
  1. Promote Digital Transformation: Drive the digitalization of teams across the Division to increase productivity and efficiency.
  2. Business Continuity Planning: Update and distribute BCP documentation to key personnel, ensuring seamless execution with the internal IT group.
  3. Project Coordination: Collaborate on various Division projects, including Microsoft 365, Intranet, and Office services, to ensure successful implementation.
  4. Resource Allocation: Assist in coordinating resources for various projects, ensuring timely completion and effective utilization.
  5. Liaison and Communication: Act as a liaison between departments and the IT team, identifying and supporting the development and implementation of new tools and data management.
  6. Process Improvement: Identify and support the development and implementation of new processes, creating and updating instructions and documentation.
  7. Content Creation: Write various content to support internal and external communications, including reports and analytics.
  8. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor analytics and create reports detailing the successes and failures of various projects.
  9. Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and make recommendations for adjustments to processes and practices.
Requirements
  1. Education: DEC in Office Automation or equivalent.
  2. Experience: Minimum of five years of relevant experience.
  3. Technical Skills: Advanced experience with Microsoft 365 tools and apps, and established software.
  4. Communication Skills: Advanced presentation design skills and good knowledge in social media.
