TigerTel is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide solutions to customer problems and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Utilize our state-of-the-art call processing system and various call centre tools to prioritize customer needs
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Requirements:

  • Strong command of the English language with good spelling and grammar
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer skills in a Windows-based environment
  • Good attendance and punctuality
  • The ability to type 35 words per minute or more

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate of $18.50
  • Full-time position with a 40-hour work week
  • Saturday - Wednesday, 2:00p-11:00p AST shifts
  • Must be available to work weekends
