Key Responsibilities:- Ensure student safety and well-being by maintaining a vigilant presence in the school and intervening when necessary.
- Act as a point of contact for students and visitors, providing clear information on school regulations and policies.
- Support students in need of extra help, whether it's with daily tasks or academic work.
- Collaborate with the educational team to ensure student activities run smoothly and are supervised.
- Manage room reservations, locker allocation, and equipment monitoring.
- Participate in absence control and manage student attendance data.
- Use IT tools to perform administrative tasks and monitor activities.
- Hold a 5th year high school diploma or an attestation of studies with recognition of equivalence.
- Possess one (1) year of relevant work experience, preferably in a role that involves developing personal discipline and understanding of human relations.
- Have a good command of spoken English and a working knowledge of French.
- Hold a valid first aid certificate.
