Job Title: Vice President, Payments and Financial Services

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our team as Vice President, Payments and Financial Services. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our financial services strategy, focusing on operational excellence, revenue growth, and product innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute annual and longer-term strategic initiatives for the financial services business
  • Build a robust pipeline of growth strategies for current and emerging revenue streams, driving continuous innovation and market expansion
  • Collaborate with regulatory experts to ensure Payment innovation aligns with industry standards while pushing boundaries to drive aggressive growth
  • Serve as a senior leader at Clio, fostering collaboration across all levels of the organization to drive company growth, inspire employees, exceed customer expectations, and generate value
  • Develop a thorough understanding of integrated payments within a vertical SaaS context and drive product strategy and management, including securing strategic partnerships and/or acquisitions to enhance client value propositions

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated executive leadership/general manager experience within a high-growth SaaS company, with a proven track record of delivering results and effective P&L management within a matrixed environment
  • Significant experience in B2B payments and financial services with a thorough understanding of integrated payments within a vertical SaaS context
  • Proven ability to drive product strategy and management, including securing strategic partnerships and/or acquisitions to enhance client value propositions
  • Data-driven mindset and highly analytical with the desire and ability to dig into metrics to derive insights and drive decisions
  • Ability to attract and recruit top talent, motivate teams, delegate effectively, celebrate diversity, and manage performance, known for developing others
