Senior Leadership Opportunity in Financial Services

Clio, a global leader in the legal industry, is seeking an experienced Senior Leader to join its senior leadership team as Vice President, Payments and Financial Services. This strategic and operational role will play a pivotal part in shaping and executing Clio's financial services strategy, focusing on operational excellence, revenue growth, and product innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute annual and longer-term strategic initiatives for the financial services business
  • Build a robust pipeline of growth strategies for current and emerging revenue streams, driving continuous innovation and market expansion
  • Collaborate with regulatory experts to ensure Payment innovation aligns with industry standards while pushing boundaries to drive aggressive growth
  • Own P&L responsibility for the financial services division and build a short and long-term roadmap to introduce new or enhanced products and services that drive revenue growth
  • Proactively engage with colleagues and customers to assess the current state of the Payments business, analyzing findings, implications, and opportunities, and reporting insights to the executive team
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated executive leadership/general manager experience within a high-growth SaaS company, with a proven track record of delivering results and effective P&L management within a matrixed environment
  • Significant experience in B2B payments and financial services with a thorough understanding of integrated payments within a vertical SaaS context
  • Proven ability to drive product strategy and management, including securing strategic partnerships and/or acquisitions to enhance client value propositions
  • Data-driven mindset and highly analytical with the desire and ability to dig into metrics to derive insights and drive decisions
  • Ability to attract and recruit top talent, motivate teams, delegate effectively, celebrate diversity, and manage performance, known for developing others
