Job Title: Customer Service Representative
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Customer Service Representative to join our team at EMCO Corporation. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a prompt and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and provide accurate information to customers.
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and quality metrics.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer groups.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
