Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Sanjeev and Pooja Enterprises Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate our kitchen staff to ensure seamless food preparation and service.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverages meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Budgeting and Cost Control: Prepare and manage budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, and repairs.
- Food Order Management: Prepare and manage food orders for our chef and kitchen staff.
- Culinary Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of various culinary genres and techniques.
- Team Scheduling: Create and manage schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
