Qualifications:
  • Fluency in Spanish as spoken in Spain, with linguistic proficiency equivalent to ILR Level 5 or CEF C2.
  • Strong command of English to effectively follow instructions and communicate with the team.
  • Prior experience with AI models and familiarity with their outputs.
  • Technologically adept, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred background in the e-commerce sector.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to conduct research within designated timeframes.
  • Reliable computer system and internet connectivity.
  • Ability to perform adequate research within time constraints, managing short throughput tasks.
  • Must successfully complete training and a required quality assessment before commencing work.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert insights and guidance to guarantee the quality and accuracy of Large Language Model (LLM) outputs.
  • Assess and compare responses provided by a retail assistant based on specific criteria such as safety, relevance, usefulness, and alignment with the virtual assistant's tone and style.
  • Offer suggestions for enhancements and ensure consistency in evaluation processes.
  • Exhibit leadership by mentoring and guiding freelance team members, fostering a collaborative and productive remote work environment.
  • Collaborate with the project team to refine guidelines and enhance overall project outcomes.

Compensation: $15 - $20 per hour
