Position: Quality Assurance Specialist

If you possess a strong dedication to quality assurance and a meticulous attention to detail, we invite you to join our team as a Quality Assurance Specialist. Collaborate closely with our Quality Assurance Manager to uphold the efficiency and effectiveness of our quality management framework.

  • Oversee the documentation of the Quality Management System and assist with necessary updates
  • Execute audits, prepare comprehensive reports, and offer valuable insights
  • Initiate corrective measures and monitor the resolution process
  • Conduct reviews for product compliance and ensure aircraft quality product conformity
  • Engage in technical investigations and present recommendations
  • Perform evaluations and approvals of suppliers
  • Contribute to the Safety Management Program and 6S assessments
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external clients regarding quality issues
  • Participate in the training initiatives of the Quality Department
  • And additional responsibilities as required
Qualifications:
  • DEC or bachelor's degree in a field related to aviation is preferred
  • Graduate Technologist/Technician or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in aircraft maintenance, manufacturing, or repair
  • At least 1 year in a quality assurance/quality control capacity
  • Preferred leadership or supervisory experience
  • Familiarity with AS9100 or a comparable Quality Management System
  • Strong writing abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Effective communication and leadership skills
  • Capability to prioritize tasks and work autonomously
  • Commitment to compliance with Safety, Health, and Environmental standards
  • Quality Management certification is an advantage
