Position Overview
As a key member of the Data and Quality Assurance Team, your primary focus will be on ensuring the quality of Koios products while contributing to the development of leading conversational AI platforms. Your role is vital in maintaining the quality and reliability of our offerings, directly impacting customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to define and create detailed test plans that align with project objectives.
  • Execute test cases both manually and, where applicable, through automated testing tools. Report and track defects, providing comprehensive information to aid in their resolution.
  • Conduct regression testing to ensure that new code changes do not negatively affect existing functionalities.
  • Maintain precise and current documentation of test plans, test cases, and test results. Generate test summary reports and communicate testing progress and findings to the team.
  • Actively engage in process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the quality assurance process.
  • Work closely with developers and product teams to provide feedback and assist in resolving defects and issues.
  • Ensure that all testing activities comply with established quality standards and best practices.
  • Identify and communicate potential risks related to product quality, proposing strategies for mitigation.
  • Review intent generation and support the team in optimizing data generation processes.
  • Analyze user feedback and behavior, iterating to improve the user experience.
  • Conduct targeted user surveys to study interactions with new features developed by Koios, providing market analysis to the business team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in software quality assurance, including test planning, test case design, and test execution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies and the software development life cycle.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks is a plus.
  • Familiarity with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.
  • Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) for test automation.
  • Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
  • Understanding of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes.
