About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Communications Manager to join our team at Novartis Farmacéutica. As a key member of our corporate affairs team, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated communications strategies that drive business results and enhance our reputation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communications Strategy Development: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create and implement communications plans that align with our business objectives.
  • External Engagement: Manage relationships with external vendors, including PR agencies, to secure maximum return on investment and operational excellence.
  • Social Media Management: Lead the development and execution of our social media strategy to engage with external and internal audiences.
  • Event Planning: Design and execute key internal and external events to promote our brand and build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality content for our corporate website, intranet, and other channels to communicate our message and values.
  • Issue Management: Support the lead in issue management to ensure timely and effective communication with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree or equivalent in Communications or a related field.
  • Experience: 8-10 years of experience in communications, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, data fluency, and ability to anticipate and identify communication trends.
  • Collaboration: Strong collaborative attitude and ability to manage complex projects in cross-functional teams.
  • Languages: Bilingual in English and French is an asset.
