About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineering Manager to join our team at KTC Industrial Engineering Ltd. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for leading and managing engineering projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Budgetary Responsibility: Manage and control budgets, expenditures, and financial reports to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting.
  • Engineering Leadership: Establish and implement policies and procedures for engineering work, and oversee the analysis of data and information to inform engineering decisions.
  • Technical Expertise: Evaluate technical designs and engineering work, and authorize the development of specifications for products or services.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of 5-10 engineers, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure team success.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with senior management, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project success and alignment with company goals.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Utilize MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project to manage projects, track progress, and analyze data.
Requirements
  • Education: Earned doctorate degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in civil engineering project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal awareness, judgement, organized, team player, adaptability, client focus, and bilingual skills.
