About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at KTC Industrial Engineering Ltd. as a key member of our engineering department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management
    • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery
    • Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively
  • Team Leadership and Management
    • Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
    • Recruit, develop, and maintain a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
  • Client Communication and Relationship Management
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners, ensuring effective communication and project delivery
    • Consult and negotiate with clients to prepare specifications, explain proposals, and present engineering reports and findings
  • Technical Expertise and Quality Assurance
    • Provide technical leadership and expertise in civil engineering, construction management, and project management

Requirements
  • Education
    • Doctoral degree in civil engineering or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience
    • At least 10 years of experience in civil engineering, construction management, and project management
    • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong technical expertise in civil engineering, construction management, and project management
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
