Position Summary
As a Guest Experience Associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every attendee at our exciting events. This is a part-time, hourly, event-based position offering the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and assist guests upon arrival, verifying tickets, identification, or passes.
- Maintain order and safety within designated seating areas, ensuring smooth crowd flow.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and efficiently.
- Contribute to a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for all attendees.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a typical start time around 5:30 PM.
- Ability to safely lift up to 35 pounds.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, walk, reach, and bend throughout your shift.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken; additional language skills are a valuable asset.
- Eagerness to learn and manage various programs related to event operations, including emergency response, crowd control, lost children procedures, and alcohol service protocols.
- A First Aid certificate is an advantage.
