Senior Business Development Manager

Mint is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior-level clients, understanding their business goals and objectives.
- Account Planning: Work closely with the Director and clients to develop and implement integrated campaign strategies that drive business growth.
- Financial Management: Proactively manage account financials, ensuring overall account health, team allocation, and agency compensation.
- Team Leadership: Develop and lead high-performing teams to deliver exceptional results and drive business growth.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing strategies to drive growth and revenue.
- 6+ years of experience in account planning and client management.
- Experience in integrated campaign strategy and planning.
- Demonstrated ability to act in a leadership role and build trusted relationships with senior-level clients.
- Brand marketing experience.
- Solid presentation and communication skills.
