Director of Sales

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Sales to join our team at Kaizen Lab Inc. Our company is a hospitality leader with a unique approach to customer service and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the organization's sales plan and related budget to drive revenue growth and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional results and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand our customer base.
  • Stay informed of market trends and competitor strategies to ensure our sales approach remains competitive and effective.
  • Manage sales training, sales targets, and sales-related organizational learning to ensure an effective sales team and sales mindset across all properties.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in senior sales management roles, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
