Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies

Support and participate in the development and implementation of our corporate strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Oversee Marketing Initiatives

Oversee the development and execution of our annual integrated marketing plan, including national brand communications, internal communications, PR, social media, web, email, and paid advertising campaigns.

Brand Management

Oversee all branding updates, including updating and maintaining graphic standards and branded assets library.

Creative Content Development

Support planning and production of creative content, including photoshoots, video production, web development, and other branded communications.

Client Acquisition and Retention

Relationship Management

Maintain excellent relationships with leaders across all business units to ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevancy of all marketing initiatives and branded content.

Requirements
  1. Marketing Experience

7+ years of marketing experience, including 3+ years of people management and 2+ years working within a B2B sales organization.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.

Technical Skills

Experience working with Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Pardot.

Soft Skills

Customer-centric marketer with deep understanding of marketing principles and best practices. Strong communicator with excellent relationships management and project management skills. Solutions-focused creative problem-solver and highly adaptable to changing work environments.

Leadership Skills

Strong people manager with proven ability to grow and mentor a junior team.
