Role Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Audio Production Leader to oversee the flagship programs and ensure high-quality content delivery.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Unscripted Content, this role demands strong editorial acumen and leadership capabilities, along with a deep understanding of both established and emerging figures and trends in the arts and culture sector.

This position is accountable for all audio content associated with the flagship programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and audience insights.

Collaboration with internal stakeholders is essential to develop content strategies that resonate with our audience.

The role also involves representing the programs within broader arts communities and identifying opportunities to enhance our relationships with these groups.

Key qualifications include:

  • A comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape for audio content.
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity, with established connections to diverse communities.
  • Experience in building and leading a team that mirrors the diversity of our audience.
  • Proven ability to make swift editorial decisions while also engaging in long-term strategic planning.
  • Expertise in developing content frameworks and setting measurable objectives to assess success.
  • Familiarity with content management systems and analytics, with preference given to experience with our internal systems.

Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines while maintaining a creative and positive work environment.

Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends, is required.
