Job Title: Project Manager/Leader - Audio and Videoconferencing Expert

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Leader to lead our audio and videoconferencing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, audio visual systems, and IT.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead concurrent audio visual and IT projects from initiation to closure
  • Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation, and budgets
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and team members to ensure project deliverables
  • Manage risks, issues, and changes throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure project quality, scope, and timeline are met
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in audio and videoconferencing technology
  • At least 10 years of project management experience
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of IT security requirements and best practices
  • Experience with software development platforms, development methodologies, and technical standards
  • Working knowledge of I&IT and computer protocols and frameworks
  • Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project software proficiency
