Audio-Visual Sales Specialist

Solotech is a global leader in live productions, systems integration, and virtual technology. We are seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for serving customers in person, on the phone, by email, and/or responding to requests made via the Internet. Your primary focus will be on taking care of customers with special and/or specific needs, organizing their orders, answering their questions, and following up on their orders. Your day will be filled with receiving customer calls in a courteous and professional manner to meet their needs for audio-visual equipment and services, communicating with customers in an engaging manner using language they are familiar with, and assisting in the development and guidance of the Inside Sales team. You will also be responsible for sharing knowledge of Solotech's products, operations, and internal competencies with the team, helping to follow up on various customer files, ensuring proper inventory management, and providing detailed information on a wide range of products and solutions sold. If you have a college diploma or equivalent technical training, a minimum of 2 years' experience in audio-visual or electronics sales, and excellent oral and written communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
