- Provide administrative assistance to the logistics team, including preparing reports, managing records, and coordinating office services.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Assist in the coordination of logistics operations, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures.
- Communication and Reporting
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.

- Heures de travail: 40 hours per week.
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced office environment with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
