The Administrative Support IV role is a vital component of the multidisciplinary team at Alberta Health Services, which includes professionals from various fields such as Audiology, Case Management, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, and Speech Language Pathology. In this position, you will collaborate closely with the Audiology and Children's Allied Health intake team.
The responsibilities of the Administrative Support IV necessitate a high degree of independent judgment, analytical thinking, and established problem-solving capabilities. This role encompasses reception duties, management of referrals, clerical tasks, procurement activities, and comprehensive program support. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for success in this position.
This role requires proficiency in Connect Care and various other IT systems utilized by Alberta Health Services. The Administrative Support IV must exhibit advanced skills in managing patient flow, effective time management, and organizational abilities while demonstrating strong initiative and the capacity to thrive in a multidisciplinary team setting. It is essential to maintain the confidentiality of healthcare information in accordance with Alberta Health Services policies.

Required Qualifications:Completion of some post-secondary education.
Additional Required Qualifications:As necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with Connect Care and referral management through the workqueue list is advantageous.
