Position Overview

The Supply Chain Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient flow of materials and supplies within the organization. This position involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at maintaining optimal inventory levels and supporting overall operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitoring Supply Movement: Oversee the transfer of materials and supplies between different departments to ensure timely availability.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed reports on inventory status and supply chain activities.
  • Warehouse Organization: Maintain an orderly warehouse and work environment to facilitate efficient operations.
  • Office Duties: Perform general administrative tasks to support the supply chain team.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Assist in the upkeep of communication and operational equipment.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain accurate inventory records to support operational needs.
Qualifications

Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience in supply chain or logistics is preferred.
