Linds & Associates is seeking an experienced Accident Benefits Law Clerk to join its Insurance Defence team in Downtown Toronto.

About the Role:

  • Brief and prepare AB file materials, including organizing files and preparing medical briefs
  • Prepare medical summaries and OCF-18 outcome charts
  • Monitor and follow up on productions, and respond to production requests
  • Preliminary log note redactions and preparation for Hearings and Appeals
  • Updated briefing of productions received from opposing counsel and/or updated file materials from clients

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of AB Law Clerk experience
  • Insurance Defence experience is a must
  • Demonstrated ability to docket 1300 billable hours

What We Offer:

  • Salary up to $60,000 to start, commensurate with experience
