About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our People Services team as a Supply Staff Placement Supervisor. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and maintain an efficient supply staffing process
  • Support and guidance to new and existing supply staff
  • Process and maintain paperwork for People Services and Payroll in a timely and organized manner
  • Coordinate and present Orientations and Support Sessions
  • Support the People Services team as required
Requirements
  • Post-Secondary diploma or degree required, Human Resources education preferred
  • Experience in staffing and performance management
  • Working knowledge of Employment Standards and Human Rights legislation
